Question by Scott H: How many calories burned in an airsoft war?
How many calories burned in an airsoft war that was about 3 hours 30 minutes. (excluding breaks). I was a runner with a machine gun in a 20 acre woods.
it was 73 degrees out
it was 73 out 155 with gear didnt run much but still ran every about 2 minutes half run. I drank 1 and1/2 of cola and 2 slices of pizza

That would depend on how much you ran, how hard you ran… how much you weighed (gear included), what you ate/ drank, & how long those breaks were.
