Answer by Robert S
Here are the games my group plays. This is all we have writen up at the mement so it includes some of the well known games also.

Common Game Scenarios:
Capture the Flag:
Notes: This works better for larger groups 14 or more players or on smaller fields for small groups.
Setup: Two teams of equal size, start on opposite sides of the field. A flag is placed on each side. It should be at average head height (about 5 feet). It must be visible for no less then 180 degrees.
Goal: To take the enemies flag and return it to your starting location ending the game.

Center Flag:
Notes: This works better for larger groups 14 or more players or on smaller fields for small groups.
Setup: Two teams of equal size, start on opposite sides of the field. A flag is placed in the center of the field. It should be placed at average head height (about 5 feet). It must be visible for a full 360 degrees. Each side’s base should be well marked abd visiable for at least 180 degrees, facing the opponent’s base. It’s location should be known by both sides.
Goal: To take the center flag and return it to your starting location ending the game.
Variant: To take the center flag and return it to the other teams starting location ending the game.

Total Elimination:
Notes: Works for any size group.
Setup: Two teams of equal size, start on opposite sides of the field.
Goal: Get all members of the other side OUT.

Attack / Defend:
Notes: Works for any size group.
Setup: Two teams of equal size, one goes out and sets up either a defense strategy (ambush) or a roving / random attack force. The other gives the first team 3 to 5 minutes then hunts the other team down.
Goal: Get all members of the other side OUT.

Alien:
Notes: This works better for larger groups. (Simi-endurance game)
Setup: Approximately 20% (1 in 5) of the group start out as “Aliens” the rest are “people”. The aliens one goes out and sets up either a defense strategy (ambush) or a roving / random attack force. The people give the first team 3 to 5 minutes then go out to hunt them. If an alien gets hit he/she is OUT. If a person gets hit they become an Alien.
Goal: Get all members of the other side OUT.

President (Escort):
Notes: This works better for larger groups. The “Assassin’s Team” are out when hit anywhere (“Any Hit Counts”). The “Escort Team” are out only with a “Kill Shot”.
Setup: Approximately 20% (1 in 5) of the group makes up the “Escort Team”. The rest are on the “Assassin’s Team”. One member of the escort team is designated the target or president. He/she is then given some form of identifying markings to allow him/her to stand out. A predetermined safe space is agreed upon.
Goal: “Escort Team” To get the president to the safe space without him/her getting hit.
Goal: “Assassin’s Team” to take OUT the president.

Speed Ball:
Notes: Works for any size group.
Setup: Two teams of equal size. Each starts on the speed ball field on opposite sides in a group. On go each team starts to fire and go for cover.
Goal: Get all members of the other side OUT.

Uncommon Game Scenarios:

Setup: Approximately 20% (1 in 5) of the group are “Defenders” the rest are “Taggers” the defenders choose a large bolder, tree trunk etc. to defend. We call this the “Goal”. It should be in middle of field and have many access routes. While the “Taggers” are at the Dead Box, the “Defenders” position themselves to defend the chosen item. The “Taggers” are not a team. They should work individually.
Goal:“Defenders” To keep “Taggers” from touching the item.
Goal: “Taggers” To touch the item.
Goal: The game is over when all of the “Taggers” are either OUT or have touched the “Goal”.

Defender (switch):
Notes: This works well for larger groups. Both sides are out when hit anywhere (“Any Hit Counts”).
. (This is a semi-endurance game.)
Setup: Approximately 15% (1 in 7) of the group are “Defenders” the rest are “Taggers” the defenders choose a large bolder, tree trunk etc. to defend. We call this the “Goal”. It should be in middle of field and have many access roots. While the “Taggers” are at the Dead Box, the “Defenders” position themselves to defend the chosen item. The “Taggers” are not a team. Goal:“Defenders” To keep “Taggers” from touching the “Goal”.
Goal: “Taggers” To touch the item.

They should work individually. The taggers go unarmed.
Goal:“Defenders” To keep “Taggers” from touching the item.
Goal: “Taggers” To touch the item.
Goal: The game is over when all of the “Taggers” are either OUT or have touched the “Goal”.
